“Temperatures at Eco Forest will be cooler and you can go hiking and walking every morning and afternoon,” he said at the launch of the Eco World Gallery @ Eco Forest Semenyih yesterday.

The sales gallery and show village, next to Broga Hill, features a unique A-shaped design that comes with a 1,672sq m built-up area comprising an event hall, gourmet kitchen, office, amenities, landscaping and a car park.

Eight units are open for viewing at the show village.

Eco World Malaysia president and chief executive officer Datuk Chang Khim Wah called the project a “green wonderland”.

“This is different from our other developments. We did not remove the hills, here we blended in with them.

“When you drive into Eco Forest, it offers a very different view and gives you peace of mind,” he said.

Boasting a strong eco theme, the project reserves about 20ha for blue belts and green lungs.

The reserved blue belts will provide additional open space for residents to jog and cycle in scenic surroundings.

Chang said 10.1ha of the development is dedicated to the Forest Lake Park, a public space featuring paths for walking and cycling.

Prices for the array of units start from RM598,000.

Eco Forest is strategically located with connectivity to various highways and expressways such as Lekas, SKVE and SILK, and near educational institutions such as Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, University of Nottingham, Uniten, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universiti Putra Malaysia.
