Nigerian fined for offering sex

KUALA LUMPUR: A Nigerian woman was fined RM2,000 by a magistrate’s court for offering sex to a policeman and misusing her student pass.

Magistrate Mahyudin Mohmad Som fined Aitimon Ruth Efe RM1,500 in default two months’ jail for offering sex for the purpose of prostitution to L/Kpl Mohamad Musa Mohamad Kadam by saying, “Hi brother ... want sex with me RM200”.

Magistrate Mahyudin also fined Aitimon, 27, RM500 in default one month’s imprisonment for misusing her student pass and for working as a prostitute.

The offence was committed at a pavement in Jalan Berangan off Bukit Bintang at 5.30am on Sept 6.

Aitimon paid the fine.
