China star to wed ‘X-Men’ actress
LI CHEN has proposed to fellow Chinese star Fan Bingbing (pic), Sin Chew Daily reported.
He asked for her hand in marriage on her birthday, on Saturday.
The 38-year-old actor, who started going out with Fan two years ago, shared the good news on Weibo.
Fan is one of China’s most famous actresses, and had a part in Hollywood movie X-Men: Days of Future Past as the mutant character Blink.
She topped the Forbes China Celebrity 100 list for three years from 2013, before it was stopped.

Liu Si Yuan, 39, said she started dating the man in March last year, weeks after they got to know each other.
When Liu came to visit him and his family in Ipoh in July last year, she found that they were incompatible and had decided to break up before she returned to Taiwan.
However, the following month, Liu claimed she received a call from his boss asking her to help settle his debt.
Liu agreed to do so after the ex-boyfriend himself called her, begging for help.
She realised that she had been cheated after she could no longer contact the man after that.
Liu lodged two police reports in Malaysia recently.
