The video was played during Lau’s 56th birthday celebration which was attended by more than 2,000 fans recently.

Lau also penned a song dedicated to his wife and daughter.

“She has been by my side and takes great care of me!” he said.

> Action star Donnie Yen, famous for his role as the legendary Wing Chun master Ip Man, was hesitant when approached to take up a “bad guy” role in Chasing The Dragon.

Guang Ming Daily reported that Yen said he had been taking up characters that spread positive energy in recent years.

In the latest movie, Yen took up the role as drug dealer “Crippled Ho”.

“I thought of it over and over whether the character has gone against my ideals in acting.”

“At the same time, I wanted to challenge myself with such a role.

“It is a fresh attempt in my more than 30 years of acting,” he said.

Yen said it would be his last time taking up a villain role, adding that it was tough to bring in negative emotion during the filming.
