Bargains galore at exhibition

Visitors will find rewards, activities and great discounts at fair

KUALA LUMPUR: Those looking to deck out their homes for the upcoming festive seasons will find plenty of bargains at the Perfect Livin ’17 Home and Lifestyle Exhibition. The exhibition, which takes place at the Putra World Trade Centre until Sunday, features some 400 brands offering discounts up to 80%.

Datuk Adriana Law, managing director of I.Star Ideas Factory Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Star Media Group, said visitors will not go home empty-handed because there were plenty of bargains, rewards and activities throughout the exhibition.

“There are more than 2,000 products being offered to bargain hunters by the exhibitors.

“We are targeting 120,000 visitors over the entire exhibition and RM20mil in transactio­ns per day,” she told reporters after the launch yesterday.

Also present were I.Star Ideas Factory Sdn Bhd director Jason Yap, Isuzu Malaysia Sdn Bhd general manager of sales strategy & planning (light commercial vehicle division) Kenkichi Sogo, and Signature Kitchen general manager James Leow.

Among the highlights of the exhibition are Signature Kitchen’s new Arte set which includes kitchen cabinets and island, and the Isuzu mu-X that was launched just last month.

Celebrity chef Isadora Chai and Italian chef Stefano Criber will be showcasing their culinary skills at noon on Saturday and Sunday respective­ly.

There will also be talks on interior design on Saturday at 6.30pm by Phuay Ching from Be In Design, as well as feng shui talks by experts Ern Cher, Yap Boh Chu, Kenny Hoo and Tham Kuen Wei on Friday (4.30pm - 5.30pm), Saturday (3pm - 4pm) and Sunday (2.45pm - 3.45pm).

In the Purchase and Win contest, three BWT Woda Pure Water Filters, worth more than RM2,380 each, will be given away to the winners.

Cash vouchers and prizes amounting to RM100,000 in total are up for grabs in the Buy, Spin, and Win contest.

Those who spend a minimum of RM1,000 at the exhibition will be entitled to a gift.

They will also be able to purchase a Tefal 1.8l Induction Rice Cooker (worth RM699) or Tefal Fry Delight Meca White 0.8l fryer (worth RM899) for just RM339 each.

Registered visitors who participat­e in the Register and Win contest stand a chance to walk away with an Elk 3+1 leather or fabric settee set while the first 1,000 registered visitors will get a limited edition Perfect Livin aluminium drinking bottle and a pack of Cowa coconut water for free.
