It’s not a baby bump, says actress Rozita Abu Bakar

ACTRESS Rozita Abu Bakar has denied rumours that she is pregnant, Harian Metro reported.

The 44yearold actress, better known as Che Ta, had posted a picture of herself on Instagram that looked as though she is expecting.

“Maybe it is because I’m slightly chubby, some people thought I am pregnant,” she said.

“For now, I’m happy with my three children.”

She has a daughter, Aaisyah Dhia Rana, from her marriage to actor Zain Saidin, and two sons, Ammar Effendy and Aniq Ezzra, from a previous marriage.

The 24yearold beat the odds and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Malay sociocultu­re.

“She had to suffer for the first 10 years after I went blind, as I had to undergo seven costly surgeries.

“Now, I have hope in my life with this degree. This is my best achievemen­t, even though it is a modest one,” he said at the Universiti Malaya 2017 convocatio­n on Tuesday.

Until he retired in 1994, Alang Ahmad was Utusan Malaysia’s

Pahang bureau chief and was conferred the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang award on Tuesday.
