The Associatio­n of Banks in Malaysia has clarified that all commercial banks in this country have strict SOP to ensure that genuine notes are dispensed over the counter or via ATM to customers. That being the case, how come customers are not reimbursed for fake money even when there is proof that it comes from these places?
