Regarding floods and flash floods, the relevant authorities when granting licences to developers must compel them to build proper drainage systems before any other structure is constructed.

Double track with a standard gauge system is necessary to maintain network fluidity under increased rail traffic. The proposed single track system, where trains in both directions share the same track, will affect transit, safety and comfort. – PJ Gomes
> Replace fake notes
The Association of Banks in Malaysia has clarified that all commercial banks in this country have strict SOP to ensure that genuine notes are dispensed over the counter or via ATM to customers. That being the case, how come customers are not reimbursed for fake money even when there is proof that it comes from these places?
