Ministry seeks feedback from youths on TN50

-

PETALING JAYA: The Youth and Sports Ministry is inviting youths to share their feedback on its National Transformation (TN50) initiative report before it is finalised and submitted to the Prime Minister.

The report, Youth Canvas TN50, highlights the aspirations of the nation’s youths for the transformation era and will be one of the key inputs in the formation of the TN50 programme.

“Youths” involvement in TN50’s efforts throughout the year has exceeded our expectations.

“To return the trust they have given us, the ministry is working hard to ensure their spirit and love for the country is truly represented in the TN50 Youth Canvas,” Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said in a statement yesterday.

A digital draft copy of the report will be published on the TN50 website ( www.mytn50.com/kanvasbelia) where youths can read about the issues highlighted and send their feedback and aspirations.

The TN50 Youth Canvas report also features nation-building ideas suggested by youths, such as a platform to support parents with young children and the development of new industries.

Youths can also share their TN50 ideas by interacting on the TN50 Youth Canvas website or use the hashtag #ideaTN50 in their social media posts.

The digital report will be released on Dec 1, 2017, while the deadline to submit feedback is Dec 31, 2017.

The public can also follow the TN50 Youth Canvas on its Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with the handle @myTN50.
