Perfect homes go on display under one roof

Attractive prizes and fun activities aplenty at StarProperty.my fair

PETALING JAYA: Those dreaming of owning the perfect home are in luck as StarProperty. my has gathered many prominent developers to showcase their projects – all under one roof.

StarProperty.my Awards Showcase 2018 will be held at The Curve, Damansara, starting from Thursday until Sunday.

Among the developers are ASM Development (KL) Sdn Bhd, Eco World Development Group Bhd, Gamuda Land, Hillcrest Gardens Sdn Bhd (a member of the Kuok Group), Kobay Properties, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Group, Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd, M101 Holdings Sdn Bhd, Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd, Sime Darby Property Bhd, SP Setia Bhd, Sunway Serene, Tropicana Corp Bhd and UEM Sunrise Bhd.

There will also be various activities for the whole family, such as healthy cooking demonstration, miniature do-it-yourself (DIY) workshop and contests with attractive prizes to be won.

Those interested in the cooking demonstration should attend the showcase on Saturday and Sunday.

Three sessions will be held throughout the day, featuring recipes such as baked pasta, potato tortilla, salmon rice, fruit tarts and others.

The fair will also feature “Rumah-Rumah Malaysia” – a year-long miniature DIY work- shop in collaboration with MinNature to build mini-scale Malaysian houses, ranging from traditional kampung homes to more modern lodgings.

With the StarProperty.my’s Win A Home campaign still ongoing, aspiring homeowners will stand a chance to win a serviced suite worth over RM550,000 at PJ Midtown by coming up with the best slogan.

By purchasing or booking a home during the fair, buyers will be eligible for three chances at the campaign while those acquiring development from IOI Properties and Sime Darby Brunsfield Holdings will get five.
