AN ICONIC PLACE TO CALL HOME IN KL CITY

YTL Land’s The Fennel @ Sentul East releases dual-key concept units with the final block launch

-

KUALA LUMPUR: When YTL Land first unveiled its Sentul Masterplan for Kuala Lumpur in 2002, few would have imagined the sheer impact and new lease of life it would give to the decades-old historic railway hub. Today, Sentul’s skyline is refreshed with yet another completed masterpiece called The Fennel, by this reputable developer.

Completed within the expected timeframe in November 2017, YTL Land recently launched the fourth and final block of The Fennel, consisting of dual-key concept units. These unique residential units can be owned for investment, rental, or even own stay as it can accommodate multi-generational living under one roof.

YTL Land & Development Bhd executive director Datuk Yeoh Seok Kian said, “Sentul has continued to see a strong record of capi- tal appreciation, and we have full confidence in the area appealing to aspiring young and urban home owners. The younger ones are now more savvy and frugal, especially with the current market conditions.

“We believe the modern living concept offered through the dual-key units will be able to cater to growing families as well as young investors.”

With a total gross development value (GDV) of RM800mil, the freehold condominiums consist of four 38-storey towers with a total of 916 units ranging from 1,100sq ft to 1,500sq ft.

Residents of The Fennel can expect stunning views of Kuala Lumpur city centre. Unique features of this development include a lanai that links the living and bedroom areas with the open sky as well as floor to ceiling glass windows.

The blocks, nestled in pairs, are connected via suspended Olympic length salt-water infinity pools hovering above the arrival courts of each pair of towers. Two grand arrival courts with dedicated glass bubble lifts to the podium level, landscaped gardens spanning over 0.4ha and Sky Terraces, are among other notable features.

Unlike other developers who seem to be keen on high-rise mixed developments, YTL Land keeps it simple and sophisticated. Commercial units, existing d6 and d7 as well as the upcoming d2, d5 and d8, are all located in the vicinity connected via a series of pedestrian walkways gracing the overall development.

Residents of The Fennel will benefit from the seamless connectivity that adjoins the Skywalk which connects building to building.

The Fennel is easily accessible through several key highways including the Sultan Iskandar Highway, Duta – Ulu Kelang Highway (DUKE), and via Jalan Tun Razak, the SMART Motorway Tunnel. Public transportation is located within walking distance of bus stops, and LRT and KTM stations.

With the successful completion of another masterpiece by YTL, The Fennel will complement existing developments in the area: The Capers (condominiums), d6 (retail & offices), d7 (retail & offices), The Saffron (condominiums), The Maple (condominiums), The Tamarind (condominiums) and Sang Suria (condominiums).
