Banks release details of their customers to debt collectors and re-possessors but when a guarantor wants to know the balance owed by the principal borrower, they use the Data Protection Act to deny the request. This is infringement on the guarantor’s rights.

It is indeed ironic that voters registered in the Selayang Parliamentary constituency are to be transferred to the Damansara Parliamentary seat due to the recent redelineation exercise. I do not understand why Damansara Parliamentary constituency was chosen and not Sungai Buloh, which would be more appropriate due to its geographical proximity.
