Soccer, League of Legends, Starcr raft

II, Hearthston­e,

Clash Royale an nd

Arena of Valor.

These will be medal events at China’s Hangzhou Asian Games in 2020.

> Eight new events are making their debut at the games too.

They are jet ski, ju-jitsu, kurash

(Uzbek wrestling), sambo

(Russian martial art), paraglidin­g, sports climbing, skateboard­ing,

3x3 basketball and pencak silat. The events offer a total of 59 gold medals. > The 2018 Asian Games Game torch was gnited byb the suns at Major Dhyan Chand Sttadium in New Deelhi, India.

It was

transporte­ed to Mrapen, CCentral Java lastt week, and will

makke its way via a relay to the National Monument in Jakarta to celebrate the country’s National Day on Aug 17.

The cauldron will be used next day at the opening ceremony in Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.

> A total of 40 sports featuring 462 events will be held, making it the second largest number of events in the Asiad’s history.

The 2010 edition in Guangzhou saw the most number of events with 476 sports competed. > China dominated the overall medal tally for nine straight Games between 1982 and 2014.

They are likely to win big at the games again.

Japanp was the overall champion in the first eight years of the games, from

1951 to 1978.

China and Japan were the only two countries to have held the medals tally records over the years.
