PRGR launch their new Q line clubs

-

NEW on the market are PRGR Golf ’s Q line – a versatile club that can be used in a variety of conditions and still make a n impact.

‘Q’ or ‘Kyu’ means nine in Japanese and is to signify the nine different lies and conditions that it can be used from.

The sole is designed with a distinctive ‘V’ shape to help reduce drag and contact. It has been crafted with low center of gravity for a better launch angle.

The Q line targets improving golfers who have difficulty striking the ball from certain lies and conditions.

It makes it easy to hit out from the rough as the sole reduces contact which cuts through thick rough with a cleaner contact.

Golfers playing from undulating lies will also find it easier to square up the clubhead as the sole is angled for ball above or below the feet.

The ‘V’ shape sole helps in these conditions as any mishit from these lies stills propel the clubhead forward while avoiding any twists of the clubface.

Golfers’ with fear of hitting over the water or pond generally hit fat shots which is caused by the clubhead getting stubbed. With the new Q clubs, PRGR say golfers will not need to fret over such situation as the clubhead just glides through, thereby eliminating those fat shots.

The Q line irons come alongside fairway woods and hybrids.
