MAS the official airline for MATTA 2018
KUALA LUMPUR: For the second time this year, Malaysia Airlines is the official airline for the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) Fair.
Visitors can plan their holidays at the MATTA Fair next month, where many domestic and international packages will be exclusively available.
Pop by the MAS booths, where visitors will find discounts of up to 30% on fares to a host of local and international destinations.
“Malaysia Airlines is delighted to be part of Malaysia’s biggest travel fair once again as the official travel partner,” said MAS head of sales Roslan Ismail.
MAS was also the official airline for the MATTA Fair in March.
“This time, we’ll focus on Sydney, Brisbane, Tokyo, Incheon, Hong Kong, Fuzhou and Bangalore,” said Roslan.
MAS will give away one business class ticket each to London and Seoul, as well as four economy class tickets to Nanjing, Chennai, Phnom Penh and Langkawi exclusively through the Buyers’ Contest organised by MATTA.
Firefly Airlines, the sister company of Malaysia Airlines, will also be joining the MATTA Fair lineup and offering its own exclusive deals to visitors.
Visitors can look out for Firefly Airlines’ deals of a 20% discount on any of their offered destinations, and a 40% discount on group bookings with over nine passengers. These deals will only be offered at the MATTA Fair.
Visitors will also be able to win tickets on Firefly to Penang, Langkawi, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Baru and Johor Baru through the MATTA Buyers’ Contest.
With two solid national brands working together, MATTA chief executive officer Phua Tai Neng believed it would be an exciting time for Malaysians to plan their holidays.
The MATTA Fair will be held from Sept 7 to 9 (10am9pm) at the Putra World Trade Centre. Admission is RM4 per person and free for children aged below 12.
