Latest properties, lucky draw and contests for children await visitors

PETALING JAYA: StarProperty.my Fair is back to showcase some of the latest developments in the country by reputable developers.

Besides catering to those looking for property-based investment opportunities, the event at Sunway Velocity also targets young families and those looking to buy new homes.

Participating exhibitors include ASM Development (KL) Sdn Bhd, Eco World Development Group Bhd, Guocoland (M) Bhd, Iwajib Property Sdn Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Sdn Bhd, MRCB Seputeh Land Sdn Bhd, Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd and Sunway Bhd.

EcoWorld will showcase its Help2Own scheme during the fair which helps potential buyers get a 70% housing loan and pay only 5% of the downpayment for the company’s Mellowood development in Eco Majestic (priced from RM828,000 to RM1mil), and Ebonylane’s artisan and garden homes in Eco Forest (from RM633,000 to RM693,000, and from RM770,000 respectively).

Those planning to purchase their dream home at the fair, which will be held from tomorrow to Sunday from 10am to 10pm, also stand a chance to win a holiday and shopping vouchers.

By purchasing a home from participating exhibitors at the fair, those wanting to try their luck can submit a copy of the Sales Order Form, proof of payment and photocopy of their Mykad at the Starproperty.my booth. The event will feature a colouring contest to be held in two different categories based on age, with each limited to only 15 participants, with prizes of up to RM200.

The fair will also feature a build and paint workshop for children to create and decorate tiny homes, and fun games such as a “snap, post and win” contest and “Solve Riddles and Win” contest.
