Great deals and free health checks galore at fair

GEORGE TOWN: It will soon be time for free health checks, unbelievable deals on health and fitness products and great physical fun.

Previously known as Fit For Life, Penang’s biggest health and fitness event is now called Star Health Expo and will take place from Nov 2 to 4. Over 100 booths will offer amazing prices on healthcare products and services.

Visitors can expect Star Health Expo’s partner Great Eastern Life to offer a long list of health checks.

As in previous editions, the Live Great Dodgeball Open 2018 with friendly tournaments and clinics will be a major feature. Goodie bags are available for the first 500 vis itors on each day of the expo.

Prizes are also offered in the Fit Bid Contest, in which participants can win a hamper containing healthcare and fitness goods by guessing the right price of the hamper.

Visitors can also try the Live Great Sky Track, a rope obstacle course at the Great Eastern Pavilion. The first 110 Live Great members to conquer the Sky Track will win exclusive gifts.

Penang cyclists will be in for a treat when they try the Kinetic Bike Race. The faster you pedal, the quicker the mini race car you control will move on the miniature race track.

Other fun activities include the Laser Maze, Kinect Workout, Button Badge Workshop, medical consultations, special Live Great cardmember offers and a photo booth.

Star Health Expo 2018 with the theme “Get Fit. Live Great!” aims to inspire Malaysians to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Star Health Expo 2018 is organised by I.Star Events Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Star Media Group Bhd with Great Eastern Life as the exclusive event partner.

It will be held at Setia SPICE Arena, Bayan Lepas, Penang. It is open from 10am to 7pm and admission is free.
