Child suffers bleeding after 4cm of small replica pierces her foot

A NINE-year-old girl endured much pain after she accidental­ly stepped on a miniature Eiffel Tower at her uncle’s house.

About 4cm of the tiny replica pierced the sole of her foot, causing her to bleed, Kosmo! reported.

Raihana Darwisyah Mohd Radzi had been playing with her cousins at the house in Cyberjaya on Thursday ursday.

“She accidenta ally stepped on the miniature tower, wh hich was quite sharp,” said her father MohdM Radzi Amat Subian, 40.

“My daughter is lucky because she was treated quick kly at the hospital.”

Harian Metro, quoting a Health Min nistry spokesman, said d the content of the pills had not been determined yet.

The Pharmaceut­ical Enforcemen­t Division subsequent­ly raided a beauty salon in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday that was believed to have offered doubtful stem cell treatments. However, its staff members were believed to have removed the products much earlier. “Only vvitamin pills were found there. But wwe believe stem cell treatment had bbeen offered there since a needle wwas found in one room,” the spokkesman said.
