> Call for stiff punishment

I hope the Taman Mutiara MRT lift attacker if proven guilty would be put away behind bars for a very long period and also be given maximum strokes of the cane. The sentence must act as a deterrent to other criminals out there. The police deserve salutations for their quick action. Well done. – Aponi

Is it not possible for the corners of these plastic cartons to be rounded off? Help! – S. Leong

> Sin of the taker

When a political party gives money to another to gain its support, and when the other party willingly takes what is offered, the latter automatically corrupts itself. How the money is spent is immaterial. – William Ong

> Police, be proactive

The police should take more proactive action to deter criminals and protect the people. – Subra

> Hidden benefactor
