As’ad set to release debut album this year

TEEN singer As’ad Motawh (pic) will release his debut album this year, Harian Metro reported.

As’ad, whose full name is As’ad Ahmad Muhammad Motawh, is currently on tour promoting his two singles Selamanya and Warna.

He has performed in Melaka and Kuala Lumpur and will be going to Johor, Sungai Petani (Kedah), Kuantan and Kota Kinabalu.

Besides pushing his singles on tour, As’ad, 17, is also selling his preloved items with all proceeds going to the charity Persatuan Prihatin Sahabat Sabah.

The youngster plans to go on another tour to promote his debut album featuring eight tracks.

As he grows older, Zizan, whose full name is Mohammad Razizan Abdul Razak, said he has come to realise the importance of spending quality time with his family.

“There was a time when I only saw my parents once a week although we lived under the same roof. The time I had after shooting a movie would be filled with other work. But now, I need to rethink my priorities to my family and health. Sometimes we may forget and forgo other important things in life,” said the 35-year-old.

Samdin Ambali, 23, pleaded guilty to dishonest misappropr­iation of property at a magistrate’s court.

He committed the offence between Feb 10 and 18 at the petrol station in Jalan Luyang, using contactles­s payment (pay Wave) without the customer’s knowledge.

The 39-year-old owner of the credit card only realised the man’s misdeeds after several transactio­ns were made at the petrol station.
