Honma showcase enhanced TR20 range

HONMA Golf have unveiled their all-new Tour Release (TR) product line – designed for premium performance and with uncompromising craftsmanship.

Engineered for exceptional speed and Tour-level performance, the TR20 line includes a driver and two sets of irons. Fairway woods, hybrids and further iron set are due out later this year.

The Tour Release series sits alongside the game-improvement XP Crossover series in Honma’s premium performance category, while the recently introduced new Beres range commands the super premium sector in the 2020 range.

The TR20 driver comes in a nice shaped 460cc profile with a nearfull carbon body and lightweight titanium frame to deliver good distance and accuracy.

The sole features three strategically positioned weights, with a possible five weight options (3,3, 9g). The weight kit (3, 6, 9, 12 and15g) is available.

Innovative vertical grooves feature behind the precision cast thin titanium face, saving an additional 2g and provide increased face repulsion for better ball speeds.

The drivers come with Vizard shafts and in lofts of 9.5 and 10.5 degrees.

The TR20 irons have been crafted for golfers seeking a better preferred blade length and are forged from S20C carbon steel. They incorporate a modern cavity back design.

TR20 V irons feature Honma’s mole logo in the cavity as an emblem of solid forging heritage.

They also feature a forged S35C steel body with an L-cup face for increased ball speeds and a tungsten weighted pocket cavity to create speed-enhancing forgiveness on off-centre strikes..
