Puteri Aishah hesitant to return to work

ACTRESS Puteri Aishah ( pic) admits that she is afraid to get back on the set of drama series Rahimah Tanpa Rahim next month after contracting Covid-19 in April.

She added that she was hesitant to continue shooting but her management and producers persuaded her to try again.

“While others have started shooting their parts in the drama, I decided to delay getting back on set until I felt safe and confident with the locations and my surroundings.

“I was Covid-19-positive and I don’t want the same thing to happen again,” said the 26-year-old.

Seeing the rising number of cases these days, she urged the public to stay at home and always be aware of the current situation.

“If you don’t have any urgent matters outside, just stay at home. I don’t go out whenever I’m not working. Please follow the SOP (standard operating procedure) and if you need to be quarantined, do it at home and follow all the rules,” she told Harian Metro.

Harian Metro earlier reported that a boat used by the victim and his son, Mohd Farizal, 40, sank due to bad weather at 2.9 nautical miles off Tanjung Sepat at 5.25pm on Oct 8.

“The body was taken to Hospital Banting for identification and postmortem,” said Kuala Langat OCPD Supt Azizan Tukiman.
