Mak on your life and wealth

HONG KONG-BASED feng shui master and relationship expert Mak Ling Ling ( below) will be at Resorts World Genting to present her Life & Wealth Seminar on Oct 29.

Held at the Genting International Showroom from 4.30pm to 8pm, the event is for those wanting to achieve harmony and balance in all aspects of their lives.

Mak is one of Hong Kong’s best-known fortunetellers as well as a TV personality, having appeared on TV shows talking about feng shui.

Her expertise covers Chinese astrology and feng shui and her list of clientele includes top executives of international architectural firms and i n v e s t ment banks.

People also seek this selfproclaimed relationship specialist out for romance-related matters. Mak started out as a part-time fortune teller in 1992 when she was working in a law firm, but four years later, she went full-time into the field when she realised her love and talent for it. It wasn’t long before she began hosting a TV feng shui show and following that, she became a TVB artiste involved in movies. She has thus far been in more than 10 movies – usually playing herself, she says. And while Mak does contemplate writing scripts for TV shows someday, fortune-telling, she says, will remain her main profession and she is passionate about it.
