Najib launches smartphone app

PETALING JAYA: A smartphone app for interaction with the prime minister was launched by Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak yesterday.

Najib said in a tweet: “I have launched the Najib Razak application that will bring you the latest developments. This application also has exclusive live broadcast to showcase all my programmes and activities. Do download to keep in touch!”

The interactive app also allows users to participate in campaigns and polls, to share their opinions and comments with Najib, and learn about his accomplishments in politics.

It is available in English, Catalan, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish and can be downloaded for both iOS and Android from iTunes and Google Play Store.

Najib’s post about the app on his Facebook page had been shared 392 times, with over 500 comments and more than 1,500 reactions within four hours.
