KARDASHIAN SUES OVER CLAIMS SHE FAKED ROBBERY

NEW YORK: Kim Kardashian yesterday sued a website for claiming she had staged a robbery in Paris that her sister said had left her terrorised and traumatised. She filed a defamation lawsuit against gossip site MediaTakeOut.com for reporting that she had faked the robbery, and then filed a fraudulent insurance claim. Paris police said the star was robbed at gunpoint of some US$10 million (RM42 million) in jewellery by masked men who tied her up in her Paris apartment early on Oct 3. – Reuters
