• Watford are still on the up

When Quique Sanchez Flores was sacked by the Hornets at the end of last season, there was much head-scratching down Watford way. The newlypromoted side had, after all, comfortably avoided relegation under the Spanish coach when many assumed they would head back down – and they reached the FA Cup semi-final to boot. However, under Walter Mazzari the club are still going strong, sitting in 10th – above Manchester United – with 15 points. Of course, they could be in the top four under Flores, but we’ll never know that will we?
