MIM opens office in Penang

-

THE Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) recently announced the opening of its Penang office which will benefit the northern region fraternity.

The office is located in the e-Gate Development area, which is near the first Penang Bridge. Professionals and corporations from the northern region can now participate in MIM’s locallybased training and certification courses, including its nationally recognised new series of programmes under its Work-Based Diploma qualifications in Management and Leadership.

MIM CEO Sivanganam Rajaretnan ( pix) shared the organisations’s reason for this office. “It’s sensible and practical ... Besides, the industry relies on a continuing pool of able managers to help spur growth and our insights and expertise will support firms wishing to enhance team competencies, as well as individuals wanting to hone their leadership skills,” he said.

MIM will be offering a complimentary Continuing Professional Development (CPD) talk titled “Leadership is a Relationship” to mark its arrival in Penang. The talk will be held at GSC Cinemas in Queensbay Mall on Dec 2. For more information, please refer to the MIM website.
