SAJ, INDAH WATER IN JOINT BILLING REVIEW

PETALING JAYA: Ranhill Holdings Bhd’s subsidiary SAJ Holdings Sdn Bhd has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding with Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd to undertake a joint review of a joint billing exercise for water supply and sewerage services in most areas of Johor, excluding Johor Baru and Pasir Gudang. Ranhill said the move will see a combined bill incorporating the prevailing water supply tariff and sewerage tariff in a single bill, with an agreed fee payable to SAJ by IWK for every joint bill issued by SAJ. The exercise is subject to the approval of the authorities.
