Cool and comfortable with Daikin
> Launch of new air-conditioning series featuring design and practicality
DAIKIN Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Daikin Malaysia) reintroduced its new technology series Daikin Home Central Air Conditioning (HCAC) System air-conditioners at an event recently. Established on the “Design Mobility – Daikin Home Central Concept Home” idea inspired by Japanese avant-garde artist Yayoi Kusama and introduced to highlight the system’s flexibility and multi-function use – these make each unit easily adaptable to suit different areas of home.
The HCAC functions under a centralised system that can support air-conditioners of up to 12 horse power. Fewer air compressors are required in its use.
DESIGN AND PRACTICALITY
At the event launch, Daikin Malaysia COO Ooi Cheng Suan shared a little about the objective behind the new products. “Our aim is to provide a system that seamlessly integrates design and practicality; delivering elegance and cooling home comfort that elevates the lifestyles of Malaysians. “With most modern Malaysian homes fitted with air-conditioning units these days, we are continually innovating our products to be on par with design trends, user requirements and functionality,” Ooi said.
The new airconditioning units were introduced via a range of differently decorated container homes. These were testament to the products adaptability and functionality, as guest and visitors got to see and feel the features and benefits in a home environment, not to mention the manoeuvrability of the airconditioners that allows home owners more space for creativity.
FLEXIBILITY, COMFORT AND STYLE
Six air-conditioning units were showcased, each highlighting different features: Moisture Control Intelligent 3D Air Flow Ceiling-Mounted Duct, ideal for the living room; Intelligent 3D Air Flow CeilingMounted Duct ideal for the bedroom; High Durability Moisture Control Kitchen CeilingMounted Cassette ideal for kitchens; Moisture Control Closet Ceiling-Mounted Cassette ideal for walk-in wardrobes; and Compact Ceiling-Mounted Duct idea for discussion or meeting rooms. Daikin’s new Home Central Air Conditioning series provides cooling comfort that seemlessly integrates with interior designs of sorts, allowing home owners more space to express their individuality, creativity and style without the aircond units obstructing in any way.
