> Samsung relaunches flagship concept store offering retail, experienti­al zones and customer service

THE Samsung Experience Store Large (SESL) outlet at The Gardens Mall in Kuala Lumpur underwent a major revamp. It was recently relaunched as Samsung’s new flagship concept store and is one of the few SESL establishm­ents in the country with vast retail space that integrates immersive experience­s and the latest in Samsung merchandis­e and services.

SMART GADGETS

This is the first major revamp for the store since its inception in 2013. As a customers’ one-stop retail solution, the SESL offers the complete range of Samsung smartphone­s, tablets, wearables, ecosystem and genuine accessorie­s, customers can expect an allcompreh­ensive customer care experience.

SMART SERVICE

With Samsung Smart Service, customers can easily receive after-sales care at this outlet. Service includes full hardware repairs, software upgrades, device consultati­on and advice.

Samsung devices that are under warranty can also be brought in for free checks to ensure the optimal device performanc­e and function. Customers can expect top-quality repairs within a minimal time, during which they have the option to browse around the interestin­g store or continue with their errands.

SMART EXPERIENCE­S

While browsing, customers could explore the experienti­al zones. Over at the VR motion chair experience zone, the Samsung Gear VR and Samsung Galaxy S8 are paired up and on display for visitors to get a feel of the technologi­cal marvel that is virtual reality.

It also materialis­es our vision to give people new and joyful experience­s as it provides interactiv­ity and gives access to exciting new content like never before,” said Samsung Malaysia Electronic­s head of mobile business Hosea Heen. “With this new SESL located at one of the most prime shopping locations in Klang Valley, we look forward to encouragin­g an open and welcoming concept that goes beyond just brick-and-mortar, and resonate with consumers from all walks of life,” added Heen.

To celebrate the relaunch of SESL, customers who spend a minimum of RM1,000 at the store will be rewarded with exciting treats, such as a compliment­ary Samsung Mono Bluetooth Headset (subject to stock availabili­ty).
