Please Come Back, Mister, this series marks the first time she is starring in a romantic period drama.

My Sassy Girl is also the first period drama for Joo Won (real name Moon Jun-won), also 29, who is currently undergoing the mandatory South Korean military service since May.

In an earlier interview transcript provided by ONE HD, Joo Won and Oh talk about their experience filming My Sassy Girl.

What was it like to work with Oh? Joo Won: “She is more easy-going than me. So I thought she would do really well. Since the first moment I met her, I knew she’d be really good.”

How does it feel to hear that compliment by Joo Won? Oh: “I’ve been brainwashing him since August last year.” Who do you think played the more sassier girl, Oh in this drama series, or Jun in the original film? Joo Won: “I’d say it’s Oh.”

Why do you think so? Oh: “I’m more explicit.”

The original film had many action scenes. What about the drama series? Oh: “When I was filming with Joo Won, it wasn’t just action scenes, they were fight scenes. I just had to beat him up! “He actually had a lot of bruises during filming, and both of us had bloody wounds! It was a little like we were at war. “I feel so apologetic towards his mother, that her precious son had bruises and bled because of me. “However, he really endured it, and … did not complain.”

Joo Won: “I was actually a little scared, that I got bruises from getting beaten up by her. The bruises were really serious.

“When I first saw it, I wasn’t sure if it was really a bruise. But once it grew darker in colour, I took a photo and sent it to Oh and the director. Oh very kindly gave me some medicine for it the next day.”

Joo Won is known for his dramas reaching No.1. Oh: “Of course, I’m hoping that good luck will continue during this drama. [By the time] it becomes popular, Joo Won will be in the army and I will bask in the glory. I’ll pay surprise visits to him, and buy him good food.”

Will you be able to catch the show during his service? Oh: “You won’t be able to see this, will you? … This airs at night. I’m so sorry.”

Joo Won: “No, I won’t even be able to watch our drama. But, to the viewers and my fans, I will be back safely and will stand before you in a healthy condition. I won’t cry.” Anatomy. Since leaving the show in 2014, she has been seen in the most recent season of American Crime. Killing Eve is created by the British writer and actress Phoebe Waller-Bridge. – AFP-Relaxnews
