FGV: AZHAR CHAIRMAN

PETALING JAYA: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd yesterday announced that former Malakoff Bhd group managing director Datuk Wira Azhar Abdul Hamid has replaced Tan Sri Sulaiman Mahbob as its chairman. Sulaiman has been redesignated as an independent and non-executive director. The news comes as FGV’s board is to deliver the decision on a domestic inquiry involving four senior executives of the group this week.
