MAKE your way to the Lost World of Tambun in Ipoh this month to watch doll characters come to life and indulge in some fun scares.
Visitors to the Lost World of Tambun throughout this month are treated to a host of activities and games with prizes galore for all ages in the theme park’s Spooky Halloween event.
One of the main features this year is the House of Dolls show, which revolves around a character called Sebastian, an elderly passionate doll collector who lives alone deep in the woods.
One stormy night, a couple named Jack and Audrey seek shelter in Sebastian’s home after their car breaks down.
All is well at first with Sebastian playing the perfect host, until Jack begins to insult his dolls, which then come to life and terrorise everyone ...
However, it won’t be all spooks and scares, as there are plenty of fun and games with attractive prizes to match for the whole family.
These include Tic Tac Toe tournaments, a fishing game, the Pumpkin Memory Challenge, a marshmallow singing challenge, a witch ring toss game, and other fun activities.
No Halloween celebration would be complete without some good ol’ trick or treating, and this is on the cards as well, with lots of candies and goodies sponsored by Pocky and Eclipse to be collected.
Sunway Theme Parks senior general manager Calvin Ho said that this month, there is something going on in every nook and corner of the Lost World of Tambun, featuring heaps of spooky fun and entertainment for all ages.
“We are encouraging family and friends not to miss this, as we hope to share the uniqueness of the Lost World of Tambun with our guests, and be the place to have a fun-filled day.
“That’s why we’re pulling out all the stops this year, with a few ‘tricks’ up our sleeves, to give our visitors a true ‘treat’ they’ll remember for a long time to come.”
Social media junkies are not left out of the fun as well, as there are a host of activities online, including weekly pranks and video teasers.
One of the more exciting contests is Spooky Feast with a Celebrity, where winners get a unique ‘completely in the dark’ dining experience with a mystery local celebrity.
Each online purchase of one adult entry ticket now also comes with a complimentary entry to the Lost World Haunted Chamber.
So head on down to the Lost World of Tambun this month for a Spooky Halloween celebration unlike anything seen before.
