MUDAJAYA UNIT TO ISSUE RM245M GREEN SUKUK
PETALING JAYA: Mudajaya Group Bhd’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Sinar Kamiri Sdn Bhd (SKSB) proposes to issue the Sustainable and Responsible Investment (SRI) Sukuk Wakalah to raise up to RM245 million. The group told Bursa Malaysia that SKSB had made the lodgement with the Securities Commission Malaysia for the proposed issuance. Proceeds will be used to part finance its proposed project for the development of a large scale solar photovoltaic energy generating facility of 49MWac in Sungai Siput, Kuala Kangsar, Perak.
