Subang mixed developmen­t project receives good response

SIME Darby Property’s (Sime Darby) latest developmen­t in Subang Jaya, Lot 15, was well received by the public, achieving a 64% takeup rate within two days of its official launch.

Sources from Sime Darby stated that a total of 130 of 204 units put up for sale went like “hot cakes” over the weekend on Nov 18 and 19.

Lot 15 comes as a serviced apartment comprising two 20storey towers that offer 361 residentia­l units.

There are also three levels of retail space at this mixed developmen­t project located in Subang Jaya City Centre (SJCC).
