AIA BERHAD, in partnership with RAND Europe and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, ran a survey that involved 47 small-, medium- and large-sized companies and its 5,369 employees. Its purpose was to gain insights on workplace health and wellbeing among Malaysian-based firms.

Polls were carried out in a comprehensive science-backed study method, after which seven companies were acknowledged for their efforts in promoting healthy workplace ethics and standards and creating a healthier environment for their employees. The winners were presented with Malaysia’s Healthiest Workplace 2017 awards by AIA Vitality during the Malaysia’s Healthiest Workplace Summit, which was held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

AIA Berhad CEO Anusha Thavarajah presented awards to all the seven companies, some winners across three categories.
