to its annual Cannes film festival.

It’s no wonder then that the French Riviera has gained a reputation as a travel destination that offers visitors the chance to enjoy the glamorous lifestyle of the rich and famous.

Provence and the Riviera also enjoy France’s sunniest weather, with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Hence, it’s a great place to visit anytime of the year.

“The allure of the French Riviera is what makes it so special as a travel destination,” says Trafalgar Asia president Nicholas Lim. “Our guests know when they choose to travel with Trafalgar, they will be able to enjoy the good life – where holidays are fun, authentic and effortless.”

Trafalgar is one of the four brands (the others are CostSaver, Insight Vacations, and Luxury Gold) under The Travel Corporation (TTC) group, which offer itineraries visiting the southern part of France.

This is part of the TTC’s initiative, in partnership with France Tourism Development Agency Atout France, to promote French Riviera and Provence holidays to Southeast Asia travellers.

Lim adds that with one of the widest range of over 160 itineraries to Europe, Trafalgar has four different itineraries that visit Southern France, and its travel directors take care of all the logistics to ensure travellers have a great holiday and memorable experiences.

These include moments like a boat cruise on the Côte d’Azur to the glamorous Saint-Tropez or the unique opportunity to dine in a converted historic mill on the banks of the River Sorgue with Ms Poppy Salinger, who will share stories about her former husband, Pierre Salinger, the special adviser to John F. Kennedy.

Guests looking for a holiday that go above and beyond expectations should consider Luxury Gold’s new French Vogue itinerary where they will journey from Paris to the heart of romantic Provence and on to the dazzling French Riviera.

Along the way, they can expect to travel in VIP comfort, stay in luxurious hotels and be introduced to passionate foodies and historians.

Guests’ experiences are further enhanced with the introduction of Luxury Gold’s exclusive Chairman’s Collection, which is curated by the TTC chairman Stanley Tollman.

A special extra exclusive experience has been included on select departure dates (May 12 and Sept 15, 2018) for French Vogue where guests will join a French count for dinner at Paris’ oldest café Le Procope.

Insight Vacations Asia has two special premium journey departures for guests from Southeast Asia for its 10-day Splendours of Southern France itinerary (April 17 and Sept 18, 2018).

There’s also an option for guests to visit the new village-style McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Provence which features over 80 stores featuring premium names in fashion such as L’Oréal, Maje, Sandro and The Kooples.

Insight Vacations Asia president Evon Ler said: “Our Splendours of Southern France itinerary was carefully planned with relaxed starts (from 9am or later) and three-night stays in each in Paris, Aix-en-Provence and Nice, ensuring our guests can enjoy a leisurely holiday while discovering the Riviera and Provence.”

Book your holiday before Feb 28 and enjoy 10% early bird savings. For more, visit the Trafalgar or Insight Vacations Asia websites.
