10 additional Fox channels on unifi TV
TELEKOM MALAYSIA (TM)’s video play service unifi TV (formerly known as HyppTV) has added 10 new channels from Fox Networks Group Asia (FNGA) to its offerings.
This means subscribers can now enjoy the best blockbusters, reality TV programmes, award-winning shows, and same-day series from FNGA such as The Walking Dead ( below), The Voice, Crazy ExGirlfriend, Masterchef, American Crime Story, Genius, and many more.
FNGA’s existing channel offerings on unifi TV include Nat Geo People, Fox Crime, Fox Sports, Fox Sports 2, Fox Sports 3, Channel V International, Channel V Taiwan, Star Chinese Movies, Star Chinese Movies Legend, and Star Chinese Channel.
The newly-added channels are Fox Life, Fox, FX, Fox Movies, Fox Action Movies, Fox Family Movies, National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, BabyTV, and Sky News, bringing the total number of Fox Networks channels on unifi TV platform to 20.
unifi TV executive vice president Jeremy Kung said: “The inclusion of the 10 new channels further solidifies our partnership with FNGA, and further strengthens unifi TV’s content offerings where we aim to reshape moments of your living room with unique and sought-after programmes.
“With content that covers same-day series, award-winning programmes and more of fanfavourite channels like Fox Life, Fox Movies and National Geographic, unifi TV subscribers will have plenty of entertainment options for the perfect family and individual moments.”
Kung added that this is also in line with the many firsts unifi has launched earlier “such as unifi TV’s first-ever live interactive gameshow Teka Tekan, the landmark unifi sponsorship of Liga Malaysia that comes with live matches of the league on unifi TV, as well as the first liberating mobile product, unifi Mobile”.
In conjunction with the rebranding of unifi TV, the 10 newly-added FNGA channels will be available to all subscribers until March 31, after which the channels will be accessible via a la carte basis at RM9 per channel as well as on unifi TV’s Jumbo Pack bundled channels at RM60 a month.
