INTERNATIONAL style icon Olivia Palermo has handpicked a series of gorgeous flat shoes that reflects her own unique sense of style in the new capsule collection for Pretty Ballerinas Summer 2018 campaign. At the same time, the spirit of the Spanish house of 100 years remains in these iconic flat shoes, so loved that they often displace high heels at the most glamorous red carpet events.

For eight different moments, each design reveals a different side of Palermo’s lifestyle and the shoes get a new spin in playful prints, embellishments and classic silhouettes.

The mules take the spotlight this season since Pretty Ballerinas visited Marrakesh to get the authentic in- spiration of the babucha slippers. Portrayed on the “Ella aqua studded slide”, gold studs are embellished across the aqua blue suede, while “Ella bird of paradise on nude” has multi-coloured floral blooms embroidered on the softest nude leather. One might prefer “Ella polka dot slide” where the sensuality flows through the transparency of the polka dots.

The Ella family continues in a nautical, zebra-printed or pearlsembellished flat loafers. Palermo also chose a black and white lace sneaker that is ideal to wear when travelling around. Its sporty character is paired with black and white lace brocade that strikes a balance between feminine and cool she is famous for. One of her personal favourite, “Rosario leopard with red trim” is an essential wardrobe staple that complete any outfit assemble. Palermo went a step further by choosing a leopardprinted clutch and four mini shoulder bags to complete the collection.
