Understanding the need for change

CHANGE is a continuous process. As we move through rapidly-changing times, it will become difficult for us to survive if we are not able to change and empower ourselves from within.

There are three things that we need to make any change process accurate.

The first is knowledge, that is, an understanding of what to change and why to change. Second is the desire or will to change, and third is the skills that show us how to change.

But, if one of these elements is missing, change cannot take place in the manner we want to.

Supposing I know what, why and how to change, but if there is no desire, then no change can take place.

Similarly, at times we want to change. We also know how to change and we have the required skills but, we do not know why we should change.

If there is no clear understanding, then also, change cannot take place.

The power of realisation brings permanent change. To have this power means to understand what is right, and to have the commitment to do the right thing, so that the same mistake is not repeated.

With realisation, I will never experience difficulty in bringing about change, because I have understood the importance of change.

In this current season of change, unhappiness can no longer be justified. Any reason we give is the creation of our own insecurity.

Let us value the state of ‘being’ more than anything else.
