APPLICATION WITHDRAWN

KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Harapan (PH) has withdrawn its judicial review application against the Registrar of Societies (RoS) in its bid to become a registered coalition. Lawyer Michelle Ng who represented PH, said the court has consented to the withdrawal and made no order as to costs. She said the application was withdrawn as RoS had accepted the coalition‘s application after PH won the general election in May.
