IN its aim to empower the Bumiputra, Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) and Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd (MAM) launched an Amanah Hartanah Bumiputra (AHB) prize draw called “Simpan, Labur dan Menang”. The “luck” draw will see customers standing to win AHB units of up to RM400,000 in total.

PHB group managing director and CEO Datuk Kamalul Arifin Othman said, “The prize draw is consistent with PHB’s mission to empower beneficial ownership among the bumiputra over the property market in major locations throughout Malaysia.”

Members of the public who have yet to subscribe to AHB units can do so at any Maybank, AmBank and AmBank Islamic branches throughout Malaysia.

AHB unit holders with a minimum balance of 1,000 units in their account maintained for a period of six months, beginning Oct 1 until Mar 31, 2019 will be automatically eligible to participate in one random draw. The draw will be administered by Dynamic Search Sdn Bhd, the Draw Manager appointed by PHB and MAM for this initiative.

Unit holders are entitled to one entry for every 1,000 units maintained throughout the period. All entries will be calculated according to the average minimum monthly balance across the six months. New unit holders are eligible to participate in the draw if they open an account before Oct 1.

The random draw will take place after the cut-off date on Mar 31, 2019. Customers stand to win: 200,000 AHB units.

100,000 AHB units. 50,000 AHB units.

1,000 AHB units each.

Shortlisted participants will be contacted by the Draw Manager to answer one skill-based question to complete the prize draw.

Participants with the right answers will be declared winners.

Employees of PHB, MAM, AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad, advertising and promotions agencies directly involved in the draw, along with family members, are not allowed to take part.
