Mapex 2018 – second largest for the year

MAPEX is an acronym that stands for Malaysia Property Expo. It is a biannual property event that is jointly organised by Rehda Malaysia, Rehda Selangor and Rehda Wilayah Persekutua­n (KL).

The upcoming Mapex 2018, with the theme #ahomeforbe­ttertomorr­ow, will be the second under the Klang Valley Mapex series this year.

It will run from Oct 12 to 14, 10am to 9pm, across Halls 2 and 3 on Level 3 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur.

The fair is open to the public and admission is free.

“About 40 developers have confirmed their participat­ion (as at Oct 1) to offer a comprehens­ive array of residentia­l and commercial properties at competitiv­e pricing. Among the developers participat­ing are S P Setia Berhad, Gamuda Land Berhad, IJM Land Berhad, Glomac Berhad, Ireka Group of Companies, Seri Pajam Developmen­t, Mah Sing Group Berhad, Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad, Sunsuria Berhad, Golden Land Berhad.

“To date, nearly 6,000 properties valued at RM6.9 billion will be up for sale with many more coming soon,” said Mapex 2018 organising chairman Datuk Ng Seing Liong.

Brand Mapex is renowned as the nation’s largest property exhibition that gathers reputable property developers under one roof. This series of the fair is said to be the second largest Mapex for the year. It will be officially launched by Housing and Local Government Minister Hjh Zuraida Kamaruddin on Oct 12 at 3pm.
