Fireworks world record attempt tomorrow
The St Bartholomew Fireworks Factory of Gharghur will be attempting to break a new world record tomorrow, using twelve traditional Maltese petards. The attempt will kick off at around 6.45pm. In the meantime, the fireworks enthusiasts will tonight delight the crowds with an aerial fireworks display that will be synchronised with music. Lighting up the skies kicks off at 9:30pm. There will also be a ground fireworks spectacle in the village pjazza. A full feature about tomorrow’s record breaking attempt will be published in The Malta Independent on Sunday.
