Woman in hospital after collision in Naxxar

A woman was taken to hospital on Wednesday evening after the car she was in was involved in a collision with another in Naxxar.

The police said the woman, aged 41 from St Paul’s Bay, was driving a Fiat Punto which was involved in a crash with a Toyota driven by a 54-year-old man from Pembroke. The man was unhurt.

The accident happened in Parish Street at 8.45pm.
