Frank Salt Real Estate opens its 14th office in Cospicua
Frank Salt Real Estate Group is proud to announce the opening of its 14th branch on the island, offering residential sales and letting services. The new office is situated in a prime location on the promenade, directly opposite the bridge of dock 1, which leads to the future university.
Over recent years, Cospicua, Senglea and Vittoriosa, known as the Three Cities, became prime historical locations for property hunters, with the Fgura branch promoting properties in these areas for the past 10 years, building an extensive database along the way. This surge in demand has led to the need to have a new outlet right in the heart of it all, focusing on such types of properties.
“Having worked in the Fgura branch for the last 12 years and attending to many clients’ requests in the Three Cities, it was only natural for us to open an office in this location,” comments Stanley Bonello, manager of Fgura and Cospicua branch. “Since the first day I stepped foot into the region, I believed that the towns of Cospicua, Senglea and Vittoriosa still packed a punch and they truly have the potential to become once again, top residential destinations in Malta,” continues Stanley. “Time and the right amount of investment proved to be the right combination for the Three Cities to come back to life. This office will aim to assist all different types of requests and will also be reaching out to locations such as Valletta and Floriana, since these are literally 15 minutes away by ferry.
The Cospicua branch is made up of a team of five dedicated consultants who are particularly passionate about properties which have historical value. Eventually, the staff complement will increase to also include letting consultants.
