Mal­taPost to Par­tic­i­pate in Mal­tex Philatelic Ex­hi­bi­tion 2016

Mal­taPost plc will be par­tic­i­pat­ing in the 17th Mal­tex Philatelic Ex­hi­bi­tion, which is be­ing or­gan­ised by the Malta Philatelic So­ci­ety and sup­ported by Mal­taPost.

For this spe­cial event, the Philatelic Bureau will be is­su­ing an Oc­ca­sion Card, a Postal Card, and Per­son­alised Stamp/Cover.

The cards will be avail­able in mint and can­celled con­di­tion as from Fri­day, 21 Oc­to­ber from the Mal­taPost stand at the Mal­tex Ex­hi­bi­tion, all Post Of­fices and from the Philatelic Bureau.

A tem­po­rary let­ter box ser­vice will also be pro­vided dur­ing the open­ing hours of the ex­hi­bi­tion. The

cards and mail posted will be can­celled with the Mal­tex spe­cial hand stamp in­scribed Mal­tex 2016 21-23 Oc­to­ber Catholic In­sti­tute - Flo­ri­ana - Malta. The spe­cial hand stamp will carry the logo of the ex­hi­bi­tion.

The Mal­tex 2016 Philatelic Ex­hi­bi­tion will be held at the Catholic In­sti­tute, Flo­ri­ana, and will be open to the general pub­lic on Fri­day 21 and Sat­ur­day 22 Oc­to­ber be­tween 9am and 6pm and on Sun­day 23 Oc­to­ber be­tween 9am and 12pm.
