Coeliac UK wave Mal­tese flag

Coeliac UK, the world’s largest coeliac NGO with over 60,000 mem­bers have an­nounced their part­ner­ship with lo­cal PR firm Nar­ra­tive Struc­tures to con­tinue to raise aware­ness on coeliac dis­ease.

This is be­ing held as part of an on­go­ing coeliac aware­ness cam­paign and com­mit­ment from both par­ties to make avail­able ex­clu­sive ed­u­ca­tion and train­ing in gluten free cater­ing for restau­rants, schools and hos­pi­tals.

Nar­ra­tive Struc­tures, renowned for their com­mit­ment to­wards rais­ing aware­ness on var­i­ous health is­sues, in­clud­ing coeliac dis­ease and non-coeliac gluten in­tol­er­ance are cur­rently man­ag­ing the cour­ses for Coeliac UK in Malta.

Through their gluten free liv­ing mag­a­zine, Crossed grain, cir­cu­lated to over 70,000 peo­ple, Coeliac UK fur­ther an­nounced that all lo­cal venues com­plet­ing the cour­ses will be fea­tured on the Coeliac UK web­site. This is ex­tremely help­ful for tourists trav­el­ling to Malta en­quir­ing about gluten free meals.

The cour­ses cover var­i­ous an­gles to gluten free prepa­ra­tion in­clud­ing also what is re­quired by law to ad­here to gluten free safe cook­ing.

This ini­tia­tive is en­dorsed by the Coeliac As­so­ci­a­tion of Malta.
