Malta Artisan Markets at Mdina’s Palazzo De Piro
Malta Artisan Markets organised by The Definitive(ly) Good Guide Co will be organizing the Autumn edition of Malta Artisan Markets at Palazzo De Piro in Mdina on 5 and 6 November from 10am to 5pm.
For this month’s edition of the market we are pleased to welcome artisans and craftspeople trading a range of goods from woodworks, jewellery, food and delicacies, pottery, candles, knitwear, woven goods made locally and much more.
The public is invited to browse through various stalls of unique independent art and craft designers showcasing and selling original handmade crafts. Children can also participate in a card making workshop hosted by local crafter, Cards by MIcha and other on site activities including chainmaille weaving, silversmith moulding and weaving. Snacks, high tea or lunch can also be enjoyed while taking in the spectacular views.
Palazzo de Piro is a stunning 17th century Palazzo in Mdina associated as a cultural centre. Holding their own monthly art exhibitions, as well as several artistic events; Palazzo de Piro is delighted once again to embark on cohosting the Malta Artisan Markets. In order to further celebrate this feast of cultures, Palazzo De Piro offers a discount on both days (discounted to €3) to visit the Museum of Tools Trades & Traditions within the Palazzo.
