Malta Ar­ti­san Mar­kets at Md­ina’s Palazzo De Piro

Malta Ar­ti­san Mar­kets or­gan­ised by The De­fin­i­tive(ly) Good Guide Co will be or­ga­niz­ing the Au­tumn edi­tion of Malta Ar­ti­san Mar­kets at Palazzo De Piro in Md­ina on 5 and 6 Novem­ber from 10am to 5pm.

For this month’s edi­tion of the mar­ket we are pleased to wel­come ar­ti­sans and crafts­peo­ple trad­ing a range of goods from wood­works, jew­ellery, food and del­i­ca­cies, pot­tery, can­dles, knitwear, woven goods made lo­cally and much more.

The pub­lic is in­vited to browse through var­i­ous stalls of unique in­de­pen­dent art and craft de­sign­ers show­cas­ing and sell­ing orig­i­nal hand­made crafts. Chil­dren can also par­tic­i­pate in a card mak­ing work­shop hosted by lo­cal crafter, Cards by MIcha and other on site ac­tiv­i­ties in­clud­ing chain­maille weav­ing, sil­ver­smith mould­ing and weav­ing. Snacks, high tea or lunch can also be en­joyed while tak­ing in the spec­tac­u­lar views.

Palazzo de Piro is a stun­ning 17th cen­tury Palazzo in Md­ina as­so­ci­ated as a cul­tural cen­tre. Hold­ing their own monthly art ex­hi­bi­tions, as well as sev­eral artis­tic events; Palazzo de Piro is de­lighted once again to em­bark on co­host­ing the Malta Ar­ti­san Mar­kets. In or­der to fur­ther cel­e­brate this feast of cul­tures, Palazzo De Piro of­fers a dis­count on both days (dis­counted to €3) to visit the Mu­seum of Tools Trades & Tra­di­tions within the Palazzo.

The mar­ket is the per­fect place where up­com­ing artists look­ing to ex­press their art can show­case their tal­ent.
