Malta Independent - - BUSINESS -

TUACO Opticians is offering a free eye test with every purchase of Ray-Ban, Vogue or Oakley frames. With Optometrists strongly recommending that everyone should have their eyes tested at least every two years, this offer serves as an excellent incentive to get one’s eyes examined not only for vision, but also for gauging the general health of eyes.

Adrienne Despott, General Manager at TUACO Opticians, explains: “Irrespective of whether one wears glasses or not, regular eye tests are important because eyes don’t usually hurt when something is wrong. An eye test is a vital health check for your eyes as such checks can pick up early signs of eye conditions before one is aware of any symptoms,”

Furthermore, with the onset of a new academic year, TUACO Opticians are encouraging parents to recognise that eyesight is a crucial part for success in school and that eye screening before lessons ramp up can get their children started off on the right track.

“Vision problems often go undetected and are difficult for family members to identify. Regular eye tests can detect problems with vision early on and catch treatable conditions before the damage is irreversible,“she said.

The eye test, worth €25, is being offered free of charge for a limited time period by TUACO Opticians with every purchase of the renowned world-class brands of Vogue Eyewear, RayBan, or Oakley frames and lenses. The eye test voucher can be used by anyone, and can be redeemed immediately or up to six months from date of purchase at TUACO Opticians.

A wide selection of high quality glasses for all ages can be found at TUACO Opticians, Melita Street, or St John Street, both in Valletta. For further information or to book an appointment, one can call TUACO Opticians on tel: 2122 1848, email or visit
