Quick­lets opens new of­fices in Sliema and Val­letta, signs 10th of­fice

Proptech com­pany Quick­lets, which spe­cialises in rentals, has opened new of­fices in Sliema and Val­letta, while sign­ing its 10th fran­chise agree­ment, as it ex­pands its op­er­a­tions to serve more clients.

One of the se­crets to the growth of Quick­lets is that it of­fers its best Let­ting Spe­cial­ists the chance to open their own of­fices us­ing the fran­chise, through a share­down­er­ship scheme.

“We want to build en­trepreneurs not just let­ting agents. We of­fer a fan­tas­tic back of­fice sys­tem, ex­ten­sive coach­ing and the most up-to-date prop­erty data­base on the is­land,” says founder Steve Mer­cieca.

Part of Quick­lets’ suc­cess has been steer­ing sus­tain­able growth through par­tic­i­pa­tion at many fairs and sem­i­nars, in­clud­ing Ca­reers Week at Univer­sity to at­tract fresh tal­ent, Sliema Street Arts Fes­ti­val to at­tract cre­ative in­di­vid­u­als and Zest to in­ter­act with key play­ers of the tech and startup in­dus­try.

With the of­fices in Sliema and Val­letta, Quick­lets now has nine of­fices around the is­land. The Sliema of­fice is sit­u­ated at The Strand while the Val­letta of­fice is in St John’s Street. A 10th of­fice will be launched shortly.
